All content, including videos, code snippets, course materials, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of CALDERION LTD. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell this content without explicit written permission.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and monitored. If we detect that an account is being shared across multiple users or IP addresses, CALDERION LTD reserves the right to instantly terminate the account without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CALDERION LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
